Camping at Lake-In-Wood

Two weekends ago we had the best time camping in Narvon, PA, at an awesome little (yet, not so little) campsite in Lancaster County. It is called Lake-In-Wood and it is on 400 sprawling acres. It was gorgeous. We took the new camper and we all loved it, especially those kids! They slept in the bunk beds while we took the "master suite", which folds out from the front of the camper.

Here is what I learned during that trip... I cannot go back to having a camper with no bathroom! It was too cool to not have to walk to a bathhouse every time we needed one. And trust me, with four kids the bathhouse almost becomes a second home.
We went swimming (indoors of course), walking around, playing on the jungle gym, eating ice cream, cooking ribs by campfire, watching movies and the kids even got to play with their cousins when they came to visit. We have since closed the camper for winter, but look forward to an awesome season next year!
